The Choices We Make When We Don't Value Ourselves

Not every bad decision comes from bad intentions

Sometimes it comes from an empty place

Some men chase validation instead of healing. Some hide behind work because silence feels unbearable.

Some avoid commitment because vulnerability feels dangerous.

Some sabotage healthy relationships because chaos feels familiar.

A lack of self-worth doesn't only hurt you.

It affects every relationship you enter.

The people who love you inherit battles you never stopped to fight.

Healing isn't pretending you've got it all together.

Healing is having the courage to admit that you don't.

Growth begins the moment you stop asking,

" How do I find someone who loves me ? ".

And start asking

" Have I learned to love myself enough to receive healthy love ?"

You deserve peace

But peace requires honesty

And honesty requires courage

The strongest thing a man can do isn't carry everything alone.

It's deciding that he doesn't have to anymore.
